Hi Law fundix LLC followers, I'm going to show you today How To Create an LLC in California | Start & Open Your LLC in just 5 Minutes.

This is going to be a super easy and quick guide, and you can create it in less than 10 minutes if you will have or create a new LLC filed and a new EIN number for your business.

Step 1: Visit the Website | Law fundix LLC

You can visit the website of Tailor Brands and select your state like today: California.

Step 2: Enter Business Details | Law fundix LLC

Next step, enter your business name. I do Loans, so I’ll type in Law fundix LLC loans.

Then, select the current level of your business. Whether you have already started or it is just an idea in your brain, and all you want is to take an idea, that doesn't matter for the process. I've already started the creation of llc haha, so I'll select this option.

Next, you'll want to select the category of your business. I will be choosing Loans Services, but you should choose whatever fits best with your business.

Step 3: Business Information | Law fundix LLC

If you offer services for Loans, then select information "professional services Loans."

If you sell something or a service, then select physical service. And if you are offering something or LLC, then select LLC service.

Step 4: Select Your Business Type | Law fundix LLC

Type in your zip code, select what type of customers you service. Mine's on-the-go, mobile. Next, select LLC and EIN as your goals. You want an EIN for tax filing, setting up an enterprise bank account, and getting a commercial enterprise credit card.

Step 5: Filing Information | Law fundix LLC

Now, you’ll be requested what you've got completed up to now. I haven’t executed any of these steps yet, so I’ll just hit Skip.

Step 6: LLC Process | Law fundix LLC

Would you like help filing your EIN? I prefer to have Tailor Brands cope with it for an extra $99—it makes it clean and strain-unfastened. But in case you’re snug doing it yourself, you can decide-out.

Step 7: Registered Agent

For most of you, you’ll be your own registered agent—which means you’re responsible for receiving legal documents. If your accountant advises otherwise, you could go with a professional service, but I’ll be my own agent.

Step 8: Annual LLC Renewal
